We seek an entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager, who thrives on creating value by driving sales/business development and building strong relationships with customers; while successfully transforming an industry and creating a consumer demand-driven marketplace. You will work closely with the Director of Sales in developing the regional sales goals to drive the adoption and grow the Verde Farms’ brand within his/her territory through retailers, further processors, and increasingly through foodservice establishments. As the primary support for the Sales Team. This individual will provide full Customer economic analysis support. Once a product has been approved for commercialization, this role will track the actual performance against the initial forecast. Key to this role will be the identification of risks and opportunities and to lead the development of action plans to improve profitability. This position will be the primary finance support for Customer Performance Management. This will include updating Customer item level income statements with actual results and publishing period scorecards. In addition, this role will track and analyze variances to expectations and support the development of strategic recommendations. Included in this analysis will be the tracking and analysis of Trade Expense and promotions. The role will also have the responsibility to work with the sales team to update forecasts, develop annual plans and work on various key customer promotion analysis. The Production Planner is responsible for the planning and allocation of raw materials and finished goods in accordance with customer requirements and internal/external production capacity. The role requires strong communication skills, working cross-functionally, and with suppliers to make timely production decisions under pressure. The Logistics Analyst will arrange and track product flow from origin to final delivery. Using that data, the logistics analyst will be able to recommend improvements to existing operations and determine opportunities for supply chain improvements. The sales analyst evaluates and identifies trends in sales by analyzing industry data, from both within a company and outside. This involves collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports, then presenting the reports to the team and to management. The Procurement Manager will serve as the link between Verde Farms and suppliers to establish and manage favorable programs. This position will evaluate and analyze potential suppliers, negotiate purchases, and prepare monthly supply cost reports. The Procurement Manager will work with both domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers to ensure proper inventory levels and maximum profit margins.
