Not sure how to grill your marinades? We’ve got your back.
- Step 1: Get your meat to room temperature (takes about 20 minutes).
- Step 2: Heat up the grill.
- Step 3: Sear meat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Step 4: Continue cooking until your desired internal temperature is reached (we recommend medium rare at 130 degrees).
- Step 5: Remove from heat and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Step 6: Enjoy with your favorite side!
If you do not own a grill, you can also cook it on a cast iron or non-stick pan with olive oil.
