If you’re tired of a regular sandwich, paninis are an easy and delicious way to switch it up. The pickle pairs perfectly with the tangy BBQ beef and is pressed together in a tender ciabatta roll for a mouthwatering meal.
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 4 ciabatta rolls, halved
- 1 (12 oz.) package Verde Shredded Tangy BBQ, microwaved according to package instructions
- 1/4 cup pickle slices
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- Heat panini grill to medium. Butter sides of ciabatta halves and place one half on the griddle. Top with 1 slice of cheese, a few pickle slices about ¼ cup shredded BBQ, a few pickle slices, and 1 slice of cheese on each half. Top with another ciabatta half.
- Carefully close panini grill and press until golden.
