Serving Suggestions:

Brown chuck roast in an oiled Dutch oven, then cook your favorite root vegetables in it. Return meat to the Dutch oven along with beef broth and seasoning and cook for 2 ½ to 3 hours. Or place chuck roast in a slow cooker with onions, garlic cloves, thyme, and beef broth and cook for 8 hours. To compliment its grass-fed earthiness, rub meat with a mixture of ground coffee, cocoa powder and smoked paprika and cook in a pressure cooker with brewed coffee and beef broth.
