Our grass-fed, never ever strip steak comes from a lightly worked area—the short loin—making it tender, lean, and full flavored: a stand-out favorite cut of beef. Finely grained with a sturdy texture and moderate marbling, strip steak cooks quickly, whether it’s grilled, broiled, or sautéed.

Serving Suggestions:

A restaurant favorite, strip steak can be grilled and basted with a classic compound butter of herbs, sea salt, and garlic.
