Our grass-fed, never ever ribeye steaks are flavorful and tender, originating from the cattle’s lightly worked upper rib area. Lower in fat than grain-fed ribeye, they have the right amount of marbling to preserve juiciness. This classic butcher cut delivers a pristine taste.

• No added growth hormones

Serving Suggestions:

Prepare a ribeye cowboy-style by rubbing it with salt, pepper, chili powder and cayenne pepper and grilling it. Or top it with shredded Gruyère cheese and carmelized onions, and broil after cooking until the cheese is melted. You can also pan sear a seasoned ribeye in a little safflower oil and serve with fresh chimichurri sauce.
