Why Our Grass-Fed Beef?

Grass-fed beef is touted for a number of health benefits: lower in calories and saturated fats than grain-finished beef, grass-fed beef contains higher levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, CLA's (Conjugated Linoleic Acid — an essential fatty acid that fights cancer and inhibits body fat), and Vitamins A and E. Grass-fed beef also is higher in beta-carotene, B-vitamins, calcium, magnesium, and potassium, and contains a healthier ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids.
